Languages
We firmly believe that languages hold an important place in the curriculum. The teaching of modern languages begins in KS1 with a largely oral approach including games and songs. A second modern language is added in KS2 so that by KS3 pupils are learning both French and Spanish to enable them to make a confident transition to the Senior School of their choice.
In addition the lively and locally based Minimus Latin course is taught in KS2.
