Early Years Unit
Children aged 3 to 5 are accommodated in The EYU which is on the ground floor of the school with access to the playground and field to the side and rear of the building.
Our aim in the EYU is to provide a caring, friendly atmosphere where children feel comfortable and confident with themselves, other children and adults in surroundings that are bright, cheerful and stimulating. Children are given the opportunity to develop both socially and physically and to gain competence in the basic skills of language literacy and numeracy. The unit provides the Foundation Stage Curriculum to children aged 3 to 5+.
Places in the unit are limited and issued on a first come first service basis with priority given to siblings.
